Lesson 1: Remembering Who You Are: Reconnecting with your true self, beyond roles, expectations, and wounds.

Lesson 2: Healing the Inner Child: Meeting and loving the younger you.

Journal Prompt: What did my inner child need that they didn’t receive?

Lesson 3: Listening to the Soul’s Whisper: Awakening intuition and soul guidance.

Sit in stillness, breathing naturally.

Imagine a wise presence-your soul-sitting beside you.

 Ask: “What do you want me to know today?

Notice any words, feelings, or images that arise.

Trust the whispers.”

Lesson 4: Embodying Your Soul’s Light: Living aligned with soul wisdom every day.

Journal Prompt: How can I honor my soul each day is a small way?

Lesson 5: Soul Visioning Journey: Envisioning your soul-led future and anchoring new dreams into being.

Meditation Snippet: “Walk through the day in this soul-led life-see the colors, hear the sounds, feel the deep joy.”
