Welcome

Sustaining the Caregiver’s Light

If you are here, you have likely been strong for a long time.

You have shown up when you were tired.
You have stayed when you were needed.
You have carried stories, sorrow, urgency, and hope — sometimes all in the same hour.

You may not call it exhaustion.
You may not even have words for it.

But if compassion has begun to feel heavy, this space was created with you in mind.

This is not a course about caring less.
It is not a reminder of what you “should” already be doing.

It is an invitation to pause.

Caregiving draws from real reserves.
Reserves must be tended.

Here, we will gently explore what happens when the cost of caring accumulates — emotionally, physically, relationally, even spiritually. We will name it without shame. We will steady the nervous system. We will practice small resets that can travel with you into real-world environments where time is limited and demands are high.

When compassion begins to feel heavy, it is not asking you to close your heart — it is asking you to pause and adjust.

This space is a brief respite.
A recalibration.
A reminder that sustainable care begins with sustainable capacity.

You are not alone in this work.
And for this moment, you do not have to carry it alone.

Welcome.
