IN THIS LESSON
Opening
As a certified practitioner within the Sanctuary, you carry light for others.
You sit with stories.
You witness transformation.
You offer steadiness in moments of uncertainty.
This is meaningful work.
And you are still human within it.
This course is not about performance.
It is about returning to yourself.
Recalibration is not a weakness in practice.
It is a good habit.
Devotion Without Recalibration
When you care deeply and consistently, your reserves are used.
At the practitioner level, depletion may be subtle:
Feeling emotionally saturated.
Taking responsibility for outcomes.
Holding stories longer than necessary.
Difficulty resting after holding space.
Extending yourself beyond your own rhythm.
None of this signals failure.
It signals devotion without recalibration.
And devotion, when sustained without adjustment, leads to depletion.
Sustainable care requires sustainable capacity.
Soul Awareness
As you hold space for others, your nervous system participates.
If you are steady, the space is steady.
If you are activated, the space shifts.
This is not about perfection.
It is about awareness.
Ask gently:
Am I present in my body?
Am I breathing fully?
Am I carrying what is not mine?
Recalibration begins with noticing.
A Practitioner Reset
Between sessions or at the end of the day:
Feel your feet on the ground.
Take one slow breath.
Exhale longer than you inhale.
Whisper inwardly:
I return to myself.
Imagine setting down what is not yours to carry.
You are allowed to tend your capacity with the same care you offer others.
Closing Line
You do not need to be stronger.
You need to remain steady.
Recalibration is a good habit.
